We have just switched over to TPG NBN with home phone. Everything went well however we are having problem with the home phone. If you ring the home from mobiles or others who have nbn - it works. If you ring from anyone who is not on nbn it goes to message bank. How can we resolve this
I have had NBN for 2 days now and all is well except for the phone. It does not ring on incoming call from mobiles. My mobile uses the Telstra network, so I can't call home. I understand that TPG knows about this issue. I called customer support and they called me and it ringed, but when I call, it does not.
