We connect 2 weeks ago, our internet is working fine however our home phone only worked for 1 day after we connected our home phone to the modem. We have a dial tone but are unable to make or receive any calls for the last week.

I have re-connect the phone to the modem several times, phone line 1 has a green light. Any assistance would be great thank you.

We checked your account and we're not detecting any network issues that will affect the ability to use the homephone. We also made a test call on the number and we're able to get a "ringing" status. Nonetheless, we have refreshed the connection on our end to see if that will address the issue you're having. Please test and let us know if it works. If it still doesn't work, please do the following in sequence:

  • Restart your modem and test again
  • Try another handset if possible
  • Reset the modem as a last resort
