Phone not working after installing replacement modem

Installing new ax1500 modem/router ,everything works except phone.

If you are using a third party modem/router for your NBN bundled plan, then the VoIP service will not work as it is only set with the TPG provided modem/router.

For it to work, you can set your new device as an access point and use the TPG supplied modem/router as the main point of connection.
