Phone problem

I have recently connected my Modem and phone. (3 weeks ago) I can dial out but I do not recieve any incoming calls

We'd like to have a better understanding of your situation and I was able to locate your account using your Community details and have seen that the home phone status for your account is properly configured. 

 

Can you please confirm where is the home phone connected?

Please ensure that your phone handset is connected to the phone1 port at the back of the modem.
