I just asked re the porting of my telephone number as I can make calls but not receive any.
Is my number in the process of being ported.?. I just asked a similar question and pressed wrong button and was advised that I satisfied with answer this was incorrect, my fault, still waiting for reply.
For NBN service, porting of the phone number takes 1-5 business days to be completed. Since your service was installed on the 14th of February, we're expecting for the porting of your number to be completed up until the end of the business day on Thursday, February 21, 2019.
Please ensure that your account with the other service provider remains active until the porting is completed.
