Hi, i'm working offshore in the Philippines for an australian company and is using TPG softphone on my laptop. I am having trouble in receiving and making calls for a couple of days now and the status showing below was "Phone services are connecting". Hoping for your assistance.

Are you a TPG employee and is overseas? You may need to raise your issue with your IT Helpdesk if you're experiencing issues with your softphone.
