Phone usage details

Hi,

I used to get my phone usage details such as the incoming and outgoing phone calls. This was accessible until a few days ago. However, I can no longer access the details. Any idea why this could be happening?

Usage not collected for the period 2021-12-10 to 2022-01-09
Usage not collected for the period 2021-11-10 to 2021-12-10
Usage not collected for the period 2021-10-10 to 2021-11-10
