Hi there,
We were originally told we would be able to have our old landline number ported over to TPG from Optus and have just been notified that Optus and TPG aren't able to port over the number due to an agreement. Are we able to port our old landline number over to a VOIP phone at all?
And is it correct that TPG is unable to port over our old Landline number to TPG?
