Problems with noise

There is a wierd scratching clicking noise on the line that started a week ago.. it makes calls difficult...
I have tried contacting support but they are unavailable...
I have tried removing all the devices connected to the wall socket... It is not the phone, the modem or the adsl filter...
.
Any suggestions...
