How do I remove the landline phone bundled with my NBN, I don't use it and I'm being charged for it
Hi @nikiman . You can convert to a $0 per month Pay as you go plan. You can still receive calls and make free calls (000 and 1800). You need a pre-payment to make other calls. Your internet is not affected.
If the change phone plan function is not in My Account, send a private message to kate_ with your account number and request to change phone plan.
