Silent number not silent?

I've done all the steps (step) to make my hume number silent. But if I call my mobile from home (using the silent number) it actually comes up with the number. As far as I can tell this should not be happening. I've ticked the unlisted, but it still shows up on caller ID. I wonder if this is why I'm getting so many spam calls now?

You can set a ringtone for a cell phone instead of leaving it silent.
