Sim activation

Hi I have been having trouble getting my number set up.

It's been almost 2 weeks since i've ordered the sim card to set up my mobile plan and it's getting irritating. 

My original number had to be swapped out for another number and it said it would take 24 hours to activate it.

It's way past 24 hours and I still haven't gotten my new number. 

With no number and currently being in lockdown it's very hard for me to contact my work and school.

I would love to get a reply back.
