Speaking to TPG on the phone a waste of time

thanks for the call Janice, and to say your here to help,  well it clealy shows your unable to help and my problems a techincial iusse and I need talk to your techincial department. 

thanks again TPG you've show me again it's a total waste of time speaking to your orgainization on the phone, you can say anything that means nothing and you at the end of the day, could'nt care less that you switch me over from a working adsl connection to the NBN that never work from day one.

Number ONE for doing nothing!!
