Hi there, has anything had trouble getting their NBN landline being diverted to their mobile via their tpg account?
I have been doing this every single day for several years and all of a sudden, it's coming up to a fatal error after I click on the "NBN digital voice service control panel" before it even gets to the command to divert. I've tried on my phone over several weeks, on a PC, on Google Chrome, on Firefox and nothing works. I have contacted TPG so many times and they keep telling me that they've never heard of this problem. So each time I want to divert the phone to my mobile, I have to call them and that happens twice a day. I have asked them to escalate the issue but no resolution. Has anything had this happen to them? Or any suggestions on what to do?
