TP Link archer 2100 telephonic modem/router

Hi, 

We just got a new TP Link Archer 2100 telephonic modem, and I'm having trouble setting the new VOIP modem to the landline (handset). Is anyone able to help me set the landline up through the new modem/router?

The NBN bundled with VoIP service will only work with the TPG provided modem/router as we provide a special firmware for it.

We'd like to confirm the type of plan you have with us.
