My phone line has no dial tone how long will it take to be up and running been over 8 weeks now.
Also the NBN since upgrading speed pack has been going up and down like a yo yo, I know when the technician came last time he said there was a leaking tap and that was several weeks ago he was coming back but has not yet when will this be fixed ?
I guess with the realibility and speed issues with NBN will i be receiving a credit back dated til when I went on NBN ?
