I did factory reset of my TPG supplied TP-Link VR1600v. I have connected the telephone to the phone 1 port but I get no dial tone.
The user guide indicates that the assigned number needs to be added through Advanced -> Telephony But this option does not exist in the web UI for the modem.
How do I setup the telephone settings?
The TPG provided modem/router has a special firmware, which is configured with the bundled VoIP service.
If you are going to use this for a third party provider, then it will not work.
If you have a TPG account and under the bundled NBN plan, then we'd like to check on what happened.
