I am helping out a recently widowed elderly woman. How does she go about having her TGP account transferred to her name? Does this transfer incur any cost on her side? Thx.

For transfer of Ownership, the new account holder needs to fill in and sign the Change of Ownership form and email back to us at adsl_admin@tpg.com.au. Kindly include the Customer ID or username on the email subject.
Please ensure to attach 1 valid ID for both (current & new account holder and the death certificate) No fees for the change.
The process would normally take 2-3 working days to be completed.
