Unable to connect Archer Vr 1600

My browser is telling me your newly installed broadband equipment is waiting to be automatically installed. Its not a new modem. I have been using it for 3 years and since there was some network drop issues I hard reset the modem from the bottom. Its been more than an hour and multiple restarts and also tried solutions from this community, No luck. Can someone please help

Hi @Swatijain229

 

You need to check if your modem is getting sync from the line in order for it to connect to our server. 

 

PM us with your TPG account details so we can run some tests on your connection.
