Unable to dial 13 xx xx numbers (1300 xxx xxx are ok)

I had the NBN installed about 6 months ago. I find that I can't dial 13 xx xx numbers (1300 numbers are ok). All I hear when I dial the number is a loud shrill screetching sound. I can call other numbers such as mobiles etc, but not 13 xx xx numbers.

The last good 13 xx xx number dialed was 2019-10-23 11:42:29 13 16:14 13xxxx $0.30000 0:00

I can't even ring TPG Telecom/Customer service on 13 14 23

I've noticed on these forums that a number of other people have had the samed issue. Can this be looked into please.

Got onto LIVE CHAT (finally).

Explained my problem, some tests were done and the problem was escalated to Tech Support.

I just tried 13 14 23 (TPG) and I got the ring tones

So all should be good now
