Unable to receive calls

Just switched to TPG for the nbn and we are unable to receive calls. We can make them but not receive. This is not making our switch over a happy one! Can someone please tell me why this is happening and how it’s fixed?

Hi

 

The Call Routing can take some time to come into effect.

Give it 24 hours and if it is not working by that stage then lodge a fault with TPG.


The fact that you can make out going calls means there are no issues onsite.
