Uniden phone not ringing

NBN installed on 18/12/2018, (moved from TPG ADSL and kept same landline number) when I plug my Uniden phone into the TPG NBN modem I get dial tone and can ring out. However phone does not ring when a incoming call is made.


Is this a landline porting issue, I have tried another handset and get same result.

Appreciate all the checks that  you've done to isolate this issue. 


I've located your account using your Community details and can see that the installation for your NBN service has been completed on 18 December 2018.


Currently, the number from your previous plan being ported. It should only take 5 working days max to port your number from the day your NBN service has been activated.
