Updating credit card details - account still not activated and working

Hi there,

I updated my credit card details for my account, I had to do it several times before it actually worked.

With all the details update, you’ve debited $1 out of my account and my service is not working. Can you please rectify the issue and ensure my service is back and running.

This should have been fixed last week and it’s still not working. I’ve tried to call customer service and cannot get through.
