I have a TP Link Archer VR600v that I would like my voip setup on, can you please assist with configuration.

I have been with TPG 10+ years, so do not have the original issued modem.

The VoIP service that comes with our TPG-NBN connection is only available using our supplied modem/router. May we know what happened to the original supplied modem? Also could you send us a PM with your details to better understand the situation.
