Get online support

VOIP home phone not working

Was working normally until this morning. Internet works as usual. I have restarted the modem numerous times. The phone is completely silent .. no dial tone, nothing.

Can someone at TPG check my VOIP connection at that end please.

Hello again,

This problem appears to have returned again this morning (Saturday 20th August).
Same as before ... internet OK VOIP dead.

Please look at again.
