If you are able to receive incoming calls, but cannot make outgoing calls, then it is possible that you are on a Pay-As-You-Go VoIP plan.
This means that you need to add a prepaid balance in order to use the service.
Your Home Phone Optional Prepaid Balance
Once done and you are still not able to make calls, then send us a private message with your account details for further checking.
