My VOIP phones didnt work after I changed my internet from ADSL to residential NBN. I was advised by TPG that this was due to residential NBN not having a static IP address so I changed it to a business NBN plan, which has a static IP address. However, the VOIP phones still do not work.
I am running a business with the VOIP phone lines and this issue has been ongoing for 3 weeks now. Could someone please assist me as no one answers the tech support phone line and no one on the chat service can help me.
