Voip not working with newly supplied TPG modem.

Hi,

I recieved a replacement Modem today. Vx220-g2v and the internet is working fine. Quick delivery too Thanks!

I connected my phone as it was connected on my old Modem and the Phone light on the modem does not illuminate and I have no dial tone.

Does it need to be registered at your end or do I wait?

Need some advice on this please.

I have exact same problem. Got new VX220-G2v v2.0 router, as a replacement. No phone is working.
