Why am I paying $20 for home phone when I did not order a handset

Hi

 

I checked my bill and found that I am being charged $20 every month for "Phone Prepayment Outside Included Value Phone" when I did not get or order a home phone handset.

 

According to your NBN Plan, it said, $69.99 bundle including a Phone line and I order an Add-On Oz Talk (so it is $10 extra) should be $79.99

 

Now I have found it is $99.99. That is not what I asked for. Please advise.

 

I am also being charged 2 x $10 for shipping even though I only have 1 modem delivered once.

Someone will call you ASAP within 24hrs to answer and explain any concerns you have.
