Get online support
I have a work IP phone that when plugged into my TPG NBN connection shows no service.
I have taken the phone to a friends place and connected to their NBN and it works fine.
I have taken the phone back to the office, it works fine.
I have spoken to TPG and been told that SIP-ALG is disabled, as it is on my modem too.
However the phone, Yealink SIP-T23G phone still shows no service. I can see it has reached the Telco PBX server.
This is happening for myself and another person on TPG's NBN connections. However other people on TPG are working fine.
Please any ideas would be greatly appreciate.
