Can you divert calls from a TPG landline without logging on to your TPG account? eg similar to Telstra, whereby you use your landline to dial a particular code and then the number to which you want your calls forwarded. Such a facility would made life much easier for our office staff.

Currently, that's the only way to set all of your incoming calls to another number.
