cannot dial out from business phone

I havnt been able to dial out from my phone, I can recieve calls and have a dial tone but when I try to call it gives me the engaged tone. Internet works fine.

I have also been on hold for way to long on my mobile phone, TPG needs to change the wait music to a count down to when you may get served, every 4-5 minutes it starts to call and imediately goes to the wait music again, very frustrating, these sort of things makes it very easy to change to another provider! Please sort my issue out asap!

Have you tried to reboot the modem/router?
