Get online support
Hi,
we get a dial tone on our landline via NBN but the calls does not connect.
Incoming calls - the caller gets ring tone but no connection. it does not ring at our end either.;
been happening for a couple of weeks, I have restarted modem, unplugged phone, tried the second port.
Need help as elderly parents call the number.
