home phone not working

i moved home around 5 weeks ago, received a new modem & internet is working but home phone has not been functional since 5 weeks now. My address has not been updated on the account inspite of numerous phone calls to customer care. very disappointed with the service.

We'd like to check the status of your homephone service. 

 

We're glad to know that your internet is already working. Let us have your Customer ID or username via private message so we can pull up your account and be able to0 assist you accordingly.
