further to my last entry, I now received a message on my mobile to "congratulate "me that porting is complete and I can ring previous provider, But as you can guess? when dialling the number the prompt is still the same as before the number is incomplete or disconnected.
It has taken 15 days so far to attempt the porting of my excisting number, that surely must be a record for tpg
We've raised this with our Tech team and was advised that they've contacted you to test the home phone service. They were able to reach you and confirmed that the service is working.
