invalid phone number and no internet

I call TPG couple of weeks ago to move my service to new address, TPG emailed and txt me to confirm the service is active but nothing working, yesterday I received massage to say the modem in not connected, I called many time after that with no luck to talk to anyone, the last house resident used the use Telstra on the same wall socket I'm connecting my modem too. any suggestions how to reach to TPG help desk please ?
