invalid sim card

hi I have activates my new Sim card and I transfered by number over from optus. I get the message Invalid Sim card. Network locked sim inserted. my phone is not locked with optus. pls help

Hi @7151305

 

We do not see that the problem is with the SIM card. You must contact Optus and request to unlock the device, so you can use your new SIM.
