I have just upgraded my NBN S plan to NBN M plan.
My home phone balance was about $18.95.
Looking at my account, there is now a Current Prepayment Balance of $0.00.
Statement shows a credit for $29.99 and credit for $3.00.
Then a charge for $49.99 with a balance of $17.00.
Does that mean I have forfeited $18.95?

Hmmm, have just checked my phone balance.
It was my understanding that I have unlimited local calls on the NBN M Plan $49.95 pm.
But I have been charged 25c for a local call on 24.7.2022 - 4 days after starting new plan.
Could you please check into this?
