I've received an email from you (TPG) as follows:
"Fantastic news! Your TPG NBN Bundle service is now active. Surf the net with your NBN connection, make outbound calls and receive incoming calls today."
However, my landline (home phone) does not work after the installation. There have dial tone but said this number is not valid (this number was provide by TPG), so I cannot make calls to other phone numbers or receive incoming calls!!!
I've also received a message from your TPGMobile as follows: "NBN installation complete! Can you please to help me solve this problem as soon as possible.
Could you please help fix the problem as we need it urgently.

Since your homephone is considered as a VoIP service, it should work since your internet is working. I did try to configure the homephone remotely and should be working now. Otherwise, please perform a restart on your modem.
