For about a week now I have been unable to make calls to the United Kingdom which is necessary for me due to some elderly relatives living alone.I get a dial tone ,but when the number is dialled there is complete silence.
The strange thing is my husband is able to ring Singapore.
I have sent a couple of emails over the past five days but no response. I appreciate you are working under difficult circumstances.
