Get online support
Hi Tech support,
Hope I come to the right channel to request an update.
I have connection problem to the internet and this also affected my voice line.
it seems that I may have NBN issues.
I have since logged a fault with TPG and my Ref: 12124315.
I don't seems to be able to get an update of the status without having to wait on a tech support call for more than 50min before I get to talk to support person.
Is there a way to check the status of my fault online or "chat" online with tech support?
