I when ever i try to make a phone call I get the told "The number you have dialed is not available from this service.", Ive only just noticed it because I dont use my land line that often.
I recently upgraded from an adsl2+ connection to an nbn 50 plan and I did select the 10 dollar landline option and I did have a land line with my adsl2+ plan, I assumed it would transfer with the connection change.
All the numbers Ive tired at either local or national.
I can recieve calls but not make them.
The land line does have a dial tone when i test it.
All the lights on my nbn boc thing are on(blue)
