reapitin voice on home phone

 why  when I make phone call to overses I have Repeating Voice from other side,so I cant make any conversation and have to end call,its very frustrating,(I have brand new phone nbn ready vtech dect6.0)please help,thank you  Kire

I got your account pulled up using your community details. I ran initial tests on your home phone and it shows normal connection.

I'd like to know if you experience the same issue when calling local numbers.
