I rang TPG on 131423 at 3.00 pm today 18 March 2020 and I was put on hold. It is now 5.51 pm and I have still not been able to speak to somebody to report the fault tomylandline. You can understand how frustrated I am. Please help.
Are you on NBN? If the internet is working then the home phone should also work you may try to use a different handset .
If you're on ADSL2+ if the handset is not working, it could be a line fault it may also affect the internet service.
If you're able to identify that its a Handset issue, you may need to contact the handset manufacturer support.
