voicemail issues

My phone calls are going immediately to voicemail without ringing. Is there a solution to this? I have deactivated voicemail to get my calls.

Can you please try to dial 1214 SEND or ##002# SEND on your smartphone? Then do another test call. Let me know how it goes.
