2.4GHz WiFi not working, 5GHz working fine

today I haven't been able to see the 2.4GHz Wi-Fi on any devices available list, while the 5GHz is working fine. All lights are as normal on the modem. I check the connection status in TPG app, the data status is red cross
Other thing is a few devices (ps4, smart tv) can't pick up the 5GHz connection, so I'm a bit stuffed there. Any help would be much appreciated.

My modem is Huawei HG659

You may need to check if the 2.4GHz band is enabled or on on your modem/router.

 

Check if you'll see a button on the modem/router for the 2.4GHz band.
