I am trying to use 3cx to provision cisco phone SPA 504g on local network. The phone won't provision and I have tpg internet. Does anyone know if there is anything in network setting i have to change?

I tried to use your community details to pull up the account but no match.

I'd like to know on what type of TPG service you are trying to provision the 3cx.

If you're doing it via the local LAN i.e. both the 3CX server and the IP phone are part of the LAN, then there is nothing that you need to do on the modem.
