No need TPG will provide the modem/router to be used to for the service.

My TPG modem supplied to me archer MR600 is very Average I’m only getting one bar of mobile signal and barely getting 2-3mbps down load . Wanting to use another modem but the TPG SIM card isn’t playing ball in a netgear modem

Hi cbdindustries, you have to use the TPG supplied modem for the SIM to work.

You can try relocating the modem and see if it can get a better reception. Otherwise, please send us a private message along with your customer ID so we can have a closer look at your connection.
