Hello TPG Community,
I recently received my 5G modem from TPG.
I have called to be told that it will be activated within 24-48 hours.
The tech team eventually told me that my account is somehow still pending, and I requested a complete reactivation and was promised that it will be done by the day two days ago, but it did not happen.
I then contacted TPG again yesterday and was told that they are working on the activation and will follow up within yesterday, and again, no follow-up.
The 5G broadband is still not working, while the modem has all the signal lights on.
