My 5g home broadband service has been cancelled recently, how do i return the 5G Modem?

We usually provide an E-connote to return the provided modem/router. This is being sent via Email to the registered email address on the account.

 

If you haven't received it, shoot me a PM with your TPG username or customer ID number for us to check the status of it.
